Cancellation & Booking Policy

All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking. An appointment will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or requests to reschedule. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the deposit will be forfeited and is strictly non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in the full loss of the deposit.
